We’re at 28 Carpenter Street #04-01, right at the heart of Clarke Quay. Our opening hours are 7am to 10pm, but of course our upcoming events will extend into the night, so stay tuned!

We’re located at 28 Carpenter Street, Level 4, Singapore 059395 — right opposite Clarke Quay Central.
By MRT:
Hop off at Clarke Quay MRT (NE5) and take Exit E. We’re just a short stroll away!
By Bus:
Drop off at Clarke Quay Stn Exit E (04222) with bus services including 2, 12, 33, 51, 54, 61, 63, 80, 145, 147, 166, 174, 190, 197, 851, 961 (and more!). Lots of options to roll on over!
By Car:
Parking’s available along Carpenter Street, Hong Kong Street, The Riverwalk, or Clarke Quay Central.

What can I expect at Vibe’s space?
Welcome to your new wellness haven! At Vibe, we want you to feel right at home. Join us for a fun ride, refresh yourself in our fully equipped showers and vanity areas, and then recharge with a variety of beverages on sale or a fresh cuppa from our free coffee mornings. If you’d like to stick around and unwind or even get some work done in our cozy lounge area, feel free—this space is yours to enjoy!
What are the different classes provided at Vibe?
Vibe: A 45-minute rhythm-based ride that focuses on core-centred movements, cardiovascular conditioning, and small weight resistance training. This class is crafted to strengthen you both mentally and physically. Get ready to ride to curated playlists from our instructors, leaving you pumped, sweaty, and ecstatic.
Beginner Experience: Designed for those new to rhythm cycling, our Beginner Experience is the perfect way to ease in. We’ll guide you through all the basics, from setting up your bike to mastering the moves, all while keeping it light and super fun. It's your chance to learn, vibe, and get comfy before you hit the big leagues!
Do you have showers?
Absolutely! We’ve got you covered (and freshened up) post-ride.
We provide both sweat towels and bath towels, plus separate showers for men and women, fully stocked with amenities.
So, no worries—you’ll leave Vibe feeling as fresh as you are energized!
How can I book a class?
To book a class, create an account and purchase credits from the PACKAGES page. Once completed, book into a class with an existing package.
When does Vibe’s booking window open?
Our booking window opens every Monday 10:00 PM for classes for the next 2 weeks. If a class is fully booked, join the waitlist for a chance at a last-minute spot. Being on the waitlist will allow you to be bumped up automatically once a spot comes free.
Is there a class cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. To avoid forfeiting your class credit, please cancel your spot at least 12 hours before your scheduled class. Credits will be forfeited for late arrivals or no-shows.
If you’re unwell, email us at support@myvibestudio.com with your medical certificate. Return of credits* will only be allowed on the date of your doctor’s visit.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Packages and memberships are non-refundable. For more details, please read our terms and conditions.

Can I extend my package?
We understand that not everything goes our way sometimes. If you’re unable to complete your class package before it expires, please reach out to us at support@myvibestudio.com. We’ll review your request and do our best to accommodate you. Please note that extensions are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline requests that are deemed unreasonable.
I’m new to Vibe, what can I expect?
You’re in for a fun one! Let your instructor know that you’re new, and we’ll take you through an introduction including how to set up your bike, the correct riding form, and movements you can expect in the class. Modifications are also offered throughout the class, so remember to listen to your body, focus on the foundations and lastly, have fun!
I have never done rhythmic/indoor cycling before. Will I be okay?
Fret not, our classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels. We prioritize making your experience enjoyable and safe, so remember to listen to your body and follow the options provided by our expert instructors. If you have any pre-existing injuries or conditions, please inform your instructor before the class starts so we can ensure you’re well taken care of.
What do I need for the class?
A comfortable set of workout attire, socks, your water bottle—and most importantly, bring your smile and enthusiasm! We offer complimentary rental of LOOK Keo cleated cycling shoes, available upon arrival. Socks are required for hygiene reasons, but if you forget yours, we have VIBE-branded socks available for purchase at the studio. While you’re here, don’t forget to check out our VIBE merch on display!
How early should I come before class?
We strongly recommend all of our newcomers to register at least 15 minutes before class. This allows our team the chance to prepare you for the ride, including orienting you to the studio, helping you select the right shoe size, setting up your bike, and clipping into the saddle.
What if my preferred class is full?
Simply join the waitlist via our website. If a spot frees up in the class, you will move up the waitlist based on a first-come-first served basis. Please check your account to see if you have secured a spot or not. The waitlist will stop auto-enrolling members 12 hours before the start time of class.
Alternatively, you may choose to walk in and wait for a spot to be freed up. In the event of a late cancellation, late arrival or no show, available spots will then be freed up for any walk-ins on a first-come-first served basis.
What if I arrive late for class?
We have a grace period of 3 minutes for anyone that can enter the class. In the event that you arrive after the grace period, VIBE reserves the right to refuse any entry and class credit will be forfeited. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer corporate partnerships/private bookings/events?

Submit your interest to hello@myvibestudio.com at least 2 weeks in advance. Our team will advise on the rates for the class/event upon receiving your interest within 1-3 business working days.

Am I too young to attend a class?
We always welcome young blood to join our Vibe community! However for safety reasons, anyone under the age of 18, will require the consent of their parents or legal guardian via a waiver form.
I have an injury/condition, can I still attend class?
We do not recommend our community to continue to attend class with an existing injury. However, in the event that you would still like to attend class, make sure to clear it first with your doctor, and inform your instructor before the class commences so we can ensure you are well taken care of.
I am pregnant, can I still attend class?
First of all, congratulations! We strongly recommend that you seek your doctor’s advice before commencing on any fitness classes. If you do get the go ahead, please remember to inform our friendly Vibe team and instructor before each class so we can make sure you (and your little one) are well taken care of.
