Please read carefully the following Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time by VIBE Studio (these “Terms”). These Terms define yours and VIBE Studio’s rights and obligations. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed at any time at www.myvibestudio.com (the “Site”). Changes to these Terms will be notified via posting on the Site (or other written notice to you).

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or any facility operated by VIBE Studio (a “Business”), you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Terms. Additionally, when utilising specific VIBE Studio services, you will be subject to any relevant guidelines, FAQs, or rules associated with those services, which may be updated periodically.

VIBE PACKAGES GENERAL TERMS

VIBE Studio package is a non-contract recurring payment that allows the user to access VIBE Studio. Packages are exclusively for the holder's use and may not be shared, unless stated otherwise. Packages purchased from sources other than VIBE Studio’s website, app, or in-studio will not be honoured.

VIBE Studio’s package holders receive the number of classes commensurate with the package purchased. Such classes may be redeemed at any facility or studio operated by VIBE Studio until such time that the VIBE Studio’s package is exhausted whether through consumption or expiry. Unless specified, your VIBE Studio package is activated on the day you buy your package.

All VIBE Studio packages are valid for the specified time period, and any unused credits will expire at the end of this period unless otherwise stated. The expiration dates are posted in the description of the package on the Website. All packages purchased cannot be changed to any other type of packages.

Any promotional packages purchased during sales event(s) are final and may not be combined with other offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified. Expiration dates and terms of use will be specified at the time of purchase.

Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you purchase your package. VIBE Studio will not process charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that VIBE Studio may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.

All purchases at VIBE Studio are strictly non-refundable. Unless expressly stated to the contrary herein, or as provided by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

If you are injured, pregnant, or have recently had surgery, please email us at support@myvibestudio.com with a Singapore certified doctor’s letter to request a package extension. The extension period will align with the duration specified in your doctor’s letter.

For any other reasons for package extension requests, please email us at support@myvibestudio.com. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

REFUND POLICY

As applicable, all packages are non-refundable. However, you have the right to refund your VIBE Studio packages for any of the reasons listed below. To do so, you must give us written notice, by e-mail to support@myvibestudio.com.

You may refund your Package in any of the following circumstances.

  • If you are unable to physically participate in VIBE Studio’s classes or events due to a health condition, and your condition is verified by a certified physician under Singapore’s law, VIBE Studio will refund the purchase price of any packages.
  • In the event of a member’s passing, VIBE Studio will issue a refund of the purchase price for any unused class or classes to the designated representative of the member, provided supporting documents are shown.
  • If you move your residence away from Singapore, you may request a refund of your purchase, and VIBE Studio will refund the purchase price of your unused class or classes, provided supporting documents are shown.

STUDIO POLICY

Only VIBE Studio class or event participants are permitted to use the facilities within VIBE studio.

You acknowledge that VIBE Studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any personal items. Please note that VIBE Studio does have CCTV surveillance in all common areas of the studio.

CLASS POLICY

If you are under 18 years of age, you must speak with a VIBE employee and a parent or guardian must sign a waiver form on your behalf. We encourage you to have your parents or guardian join you during your class or event.

For our classes, there is a minimum height requirement of 1.4 metres. You agree to adhere to our class rules, which are updated periodically and can be found online or displayed in all of our studios. These rules pertain to our opening hours, the use of facilities, and your conduct while on the premises.

Please be aware that instructors and class substitutions are subject to change at any time, and you will be notified of any such changes via email. VIBE Studio reserves the right to deny you access to the studios and to suspend or terminate your use of our services if we believe your conduct is harmful to our reputation, violates these conditions, or is otherwise detrimental to other users or participants in our classes. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund.

NO RECORDING OF CLASSES

You acknowledge and agree that any form of recording or transmission (including video, audio, still photography, streaming, social media posting, etc.) of an ongoing VIBE Studio class or activities is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from authorised VIBE Studio employees. Please note that VIBE Studio instructors do not have the authority to grant consent. This prohibition extends to temporary recordings on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat. However, you are permitted to record and share lawful, non-offensive content related to your participation in a VIBE Studio’s class before and/or after the class, provided you obtain consent from all participants featured in your content.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, any filming, recording, or capture of individuals in any form of video or audio recording that includes personally identifiable information without obtaining the explicit, informed consent of the individual may be considered unlawful. The collection, use, and disclosure of such personal data must comply with the consent requirements, as outlined under Sections 13, 18, and 20 of the PDPA. Any unauthorised disclosure or use of such personal data for purposes not previously disclosed may lead to legal action under the PDPA.

Any violation of this non-recording agreement may result in exclusion from participation in any VIBE Studio activities. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIBE Studio, along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors, from any claims, lawsuits, or other actions, as well as any resulting losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this non-recording agreement.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY FOR CLASS RESERVATIONS

VIBE Studio’s class schedule is released bi-weekly and the booking window opens every Monday at 10:00PM. VIBE Studio makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.

In order to cancel a reservation for a VIBE Studio class and return it to your account, you must unreserve 12 hours prior to the class start time. Once your reservation is cancelled, the class credit will be returned to your account to be used at a future date. If the class is cancelled less than 12 hours before the class start time, there will be no class credit refund and your credit for the class will be forfeited.

If you are unable to attend class due to illness or any other valid reasons, please email support@myvibestudio.com. Return of credits will only be allowed on the date of your doctor’s visit with a valid photo of your medical certificate or if you are able to provide any other supporting documents. Requests received after 24 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be denied. The return of credits will be up to the discretion of VIBE Studio.

VIBE Studio’s ride room door will open at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. We have a grace period of 3 minutes after the class start time for those with an existing booking to enter the class. In the event that you arrive after the grace period, VIBE reserves the right to refuse any entry and class credit will be forfeited. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

WAITLIST FOR A CLASS SPOT

By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that you may be added to the class up to 12 hours prior to the class. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot in the class. If a spot opens, you will be moved up on a first-come, first-served basis, and an email confirmation will be sent if you are successfully enrolled in the class. Standard late cancellation and no-show fees apply if you are successfully enrolled in the class. Auto-enrollment from the waitlist closes 12 hours before class start time.

SALES POLICY

All retail and merchandise sales at VIBE Studio are strictly non-refundable. Merchandise that are found to be defective at the time of purchase may be exchanged within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, provided that the product is unused, unsoiled, and has all tags intact, subject to product availability.

VIBE Studio may, at its discretion, conduct sales on merchandise and other products. Please note that all sales on discounted items are final. Any exchanges are not offered for sale products.

All event, corporate, or private class bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. Full payment is due prior to the event or class date. Any changes to the booking, including rescheduling, must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

PARTNERSHIPS POLICY

Products and services offered through our brand partnerships are made available as an added convenience for VIBE Studio members. While VIBE Studio carefully selects partners based on shared values of quality and wellness, members are encouraged to review any product or service details to determine their suitability.

VIBE Studio is not responsible for any adverse effects, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of third-party products or services. Our brand partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and efficacy of their offerings. We recommend consulting with the partner directly if you have specific concerns about their products.

Any warranties, guarantees, or customer support related to a partner’s products or services are handled directly by the brand. Please refer to the brand partner’s customer service for any inquiries, replacements, or warranty claims.

Occasionally, VIBE Studio may offer exclusive partner promotions to enhance member experiences. These promotions are subject to availability and any terms set by the brand partner. VIBE Studio does not guarantee the availability or pricing of partner products and services beyond the promotional period.

VIBE Studio values your privacy. We do not share your personal information with our brand partners unless you provide explicit consent. Any information shared directly with a partner will be subject to their privacy policies and practices.

WAIVER AND RELEASE

By signing up for and/or attending classes, events, activities, and other programs and utilising the premises, facilities, and equipment of VIBE Studio (collectively referred to as the "Classes and Facilities"), you acknowledge on behalf of yourself, your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns that there are inherent risks associated with indoor cycling and the use of exercise equipment. You recognize that some risks cannot be eliminated, regardless of the precautions taken to prevent injuries. The specific risks may vary by activity and may include: (1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains; (2) major injuries including eye injuries, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, rhabdomyolysis, and concussions; and (3) catastrophic injuries such as paralysis or death.

You confirm that you have understood VIBE Studio’s safety instructions before class, explained to you by our VIBE Studio employees. You agree to comply with all stated terms, posted safety signs, rules, and any verbal instructions provided by VIBE Studio employees.

If a VIBE Studio employee, in their subjective opinion, determines that you may be at physical risk while using VIBE Studio’s classes and facilities, you understand that you may be denied access until you provide VIBE Studio with a letter from a Singapore certified physician, at your own expense, specifically addressing VIBE Studio’s concerns and stating that those concerns are unfounded.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the classes and facilities, you hereby (1) assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained or aggravated in relation to the classes and facilities, whether while using exercise equipment or otherwise; (2) release, indemnify, and hold harmless VIBE Studio, its parent and subsidiary entities, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, representatives, agents, and successors from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages, and liabilities arising from your participation in the Classes or use of the Facilities to the fullest extent permitted by law; and (3) affirm that you (a) have no medical or physical condition that would hinder your safe use of VIBE’s classes and facilities, (b) do not have any condition that poses a physical or medical risk, and (c) have not been advised by a physician against participating in physical exercise. You acknowledge that if you have any chronic conditions, you may be at risk when using VIBE Studio’s classes and facilities and should refrain from participation.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND PRIVACY; SITE ACCESS

You agree that the information you provide to VIBE Studio on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Your privacy is important to VIBE Studio. The VIBE Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to VIBE’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is owned and operated by VIBE Studio Private Limited.

The trademarks and trade dress of VIBE Studio are owned exclusively by VIBE Studio and may only be used as expressly permitted by these terms. All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and software on the Website and App, including their collection, selection, and arrangement, are the property of VIBE Studio or licensed to VIBE Studio. You are granted the right to view, electronically copy, and print portions of the Website and App solely for the purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or for personal use.

Any other use of the materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those specified above, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from VIBE Studio.

You acknowledge that VIBE Studio and/or third-party content providers retain ownership of all materials on the Website and App, and that downloading, copying, or using any such material does not confer any ownership rights to you. VIBE Studio reserves the right to discontinue or remove the Website or App, or any part of it, or to revoke your access to the Website or App at any time.

NOTICE

Notices will be sent to you at the email address that you provided to VIBE Studio during the registration process. Notice will be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sender receives an automatic, electronic notification that such notice was not successfully received.
