Built To Last
At Vibe, training is about understanding the body, respecting progression, and building confidence through movement.
We take a considered approach built on clear standards, thoughtful coaching, and experiences that reveal themselves over time.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.

Class Formats
Our class formats differ in focus, but they all share the same standards.
Each one exists to support a different stage of the journey.

Beginner Experience
A supportive starting point designed to help riders feel comfortable, supported, and confident on the bike.
Foundations are introduced gradually, so nothing feels rushed or overwhelming.
Suitable for: First-time riders, anyone new to rhythm cycling, or those returning after a break.

Progression Ride
Built around consistency, rhythm, and awareness. These rides reward repeat attendance and steady effort. Growth comes not from a single high. It comes from showing up over time.
Suitable for: Riders who have completed Beginner Experience and want to build strength, coordination, and confidence through regular practice.

Vibe Ride
Curated through music and mindful movement. Built to energise, empower, and connect. An experience meant to be felt, not just ridden.
Suitable for: Riders who are comfortable staying on beat, managing resistance with control, and completing full classes with consistency.

Vibe Total
An advanced format shaped by sustained, purposeful effort. Demanding both physical capacity and mental focus.
A space to discover what you’re capable of when fully engaged.
Suitable for: Experienced riders seeking sustained effort, higher physical demand, and deeper mental focus.

Training should leave you feeling
more confident than when you started.
Good training should feel supportive before it feels demanding, and structured without being intimidating. We do not believe progress comes from noise, pressure, or pushing for the sake of it.
Instead, we focus on helping riders feel grounded, capable, and aware, so effort feels intentional rather than overwhelming.
Our approach is guided by a few simple principles:
• Guidance before load.
• Progression over burnout.
• Consistency over intensity.
• Clarity over confusion.
• Experience always matters.
A Structured Training System
This method was not designed to impress. It was built to last.
Every class at Vibe is part of a broader indoor cycling training system designed to support both riders and leaders.
For riders, this means classes are not random. Each experience is built with intent, progression, and repeatability so effort adds up over time.
For leaders, it means shared standards, consistent language, and ongoing development. This ensures that what is taught on the bike is clear. It is also supportive and aligned.
This allows our community to:
• Build confidence gradually.
• Understand effort and pacing.
• Train consistently without unnecessary strain.
• Grow over time, instead of simply feeling worked.

The Method Reveals Itself Over Time
This isn’t something to fully understand in one read.
It’s felt through consistency and experience.
The best way to understand it is to step into it.
