Please read the following Studio Policies carefully. These policies apply to all classes, events, and services offered by Vibe Studio Pte Ltd. By booking or attending any Vibe Studio class, you agree to comply with the policies. You also agree when using our facilities. These policies may be updated from time to time.

Studio Access & Participation
Only registered participants of a scheduled class or event are permitted to use VIBE Studio facilities.
Participants must meet the minimum height requirement of 1.4 metres for indoor cycling classes. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation. Parents or guardian, please email us at support@myvibestudio.com for the waiver form.
VIBE Studio reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the studio environment. No refunds or credit reinstatements will be provided in such cases.
Packages & Class Credits
VIBE Studio packages are non-transferable and valid only for the registered account holder unless otherwise stated.
Only packages purchased directly through VIBE Studio’s official booking platform, website, or in-studio will be honoured. Packages purchased via third-party or unauthorised platforms will not be recognised.
Packages are activated on the date of purchase unless otherwise stated and are valid only for the specified duration. Unused credits will expire at the end of the validity period. Packages cannot be exchanged or converted to another package type.
Promotional packages are final and subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Class schedules are released on a bi-weekly basis. Class bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time to retain the class credit. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
For illness or exceptional circumstances, members may email support@myvibestudio.com on the date of the affected class with valid supporting documentation. Approval of credit reinstatement is at the discretion of VIBE Studio.
Third-Party Booking Platforms
Members who book classes through ClassPass or any third-party booking platform may not receive VIBE Studio’s email notifications or updates.
It is the member’s responsibility to:
- Check the booking platform directly for class details or changes
- Confirm booking information prior to attending class
VIBE Studio is not responsible for missed communications resulting from third-party platform limitations.
Late Arrival & Re-Entry Policy
For safety and minimal disruption to ongoing classes:
- Entry will not be permitted 5 minutes after class has started
- Members who exit the studio mid-class will not be allowed to re-enter
Late arrivals or re-entry attempts will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
Waitlist Policy
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a class spot. Members may be auto-enrolled up to 12 hours before class start time if a space becomes available. Standard cancellation and late policies apply once enrolled.
Personal Belongings
VIBE Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Members assume full responsibility for their personal items while on the premises. CCTV is installed in common areas for safety purposes.
No Recording Policy
You acknowledge and agree that any form of recording or transmission (including video, audio, still photography, streaming, social media posting, etc.) of an ongoing VIBE Studio class or activities is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from authorised VIBE Studio employees. Please note that VIBE Studio instructors do not have the authority to grant consent. This prohibition extends to temporary recordings on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat. However, you are permitted to record and share lawful, non-offensive content related to your participation in a VIBE Studio’s class before and/or after the class, provided you obtain consent from all participants featured in your content.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, any filming, recording, or capture of individuals in any form of video or audio recording that includes personally identifiable information without obtaining the explicit, informed consent of the individual may be considered unlawful. The collection, use, and disclosure of such personal data must comply with the consent requirements, as outlined under Sections 13, 18, and 20 of the PDPA. Any unauthorised disclosure or use of such personal data for purposes not previously disclosed may lead to legal action under the PDPA.
Any violation of this non-recording agreement may result in exclusion from participation in any VIBE Studio activities. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VIBE Studio, along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and instructors, from any claims, lawsuits, or other actions, as well as any resulting losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this non-recording agreement.
Brand Partnerships
Products or services offered through brand partnerships are provided for member convenience. VIBE Studio is not responsible for third-party products or services. Any concerns should be directed to the respective partner brand.
Registration Information & Privacy
You agree that the information you provide to VIBE Studio on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times. When you register, you will be asked to create a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Your privacy is important to VIBE Studio. The VIBE Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to VIBE’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Health & Safety Waiver
By attending classes or using studio facilities, members acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and indoor cycling and agree to participate at their own risk. Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
VIBE Studio reserves the right to deny participation if there are safety concerns until medical clearance is provided.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Site is owned and operated by VIBE Studio Private Limited.
The trademarks and trade dress of VIBE Studio are owned exclusively by VIBE Studio and may only be used as expressly permitted by these terms. All content, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and software on the Website and App, including their collection, selection, and arrangement, are the property of VIBE Studio or licensed to VIBE Studio. You are granted the right to view, electronically copy, and print portions of the Website and App solely for the purpose of making class reservations, purchases, or for personal use.
Any other use of the materials on the Website, including modification, distribution, or reproduction for purposes other than those specified above, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from VIBE Studio.
You acknowledge that VIBE Studio and/or third-party content providers retain ownership of all materials on the Website and App, and that downloading, copying, or using any such material does not confer any ownership rights to you. VIBE Studio reserves the right to discontinue or remove the Website or App, or any part of it, or to revoke your access to the Website or App at any time.
Updates to Studio Policies
VIBE Studio may update these policies from time to time. Continued participation in classes or use of facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated policies.
